FURMAP MASTER TERMS OF SERVICE, END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, AND COMPREHENSIVE PRIVACY POLICY EFFECTIVE DATE: July 11, 2026 LAST REVISED: July 11, 2026 NOTICE TO ALL USERS: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT (THE "AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, CREATING AN ACCOUNT, OR OTHERWISE USING THE FURMAP PLATFORM, APPLICATION, WEBSITE, AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SERVICES" OR "PLATFORM"), YOU, THE END USER ("USER", "YOU", OR "YOUR"), EXPLICITLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED HEREIN. THIS DOCUMENT CONSTITUTES A BINDING LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND FURMAP ("COMPANY", "WE", "US", OR "OUR"). IF YOU DO NOT UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE ALL USE OF THE SERVICES AND DELETE ANY ASSOCIATED ACCOUNTS OR DATA. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE PLATFORM CONSTITUTES IRREVOCABLE, INFORMED, AND EXPLICIT CONSENT TO THE OBLIGATIONS, STIPULATIONS, AND DATA PROCESSING ACTIVITIES OUTLINED BELOW, INCLUDING THE BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSES AND WAIVERS OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS APPLICABLE IN YOUR JURISDICTION. SECTION 1: AUTHORIZED DATA COLLECTION AND CATEGORIZATION OF PROCESSED DATA 1.1 Enumeration of Processable Data. Subject to the limitations set forth in applicable digital privacy legislation (including, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and analogous statutory frameworks), we maintain the legal prerogative, and you hereby explicitly grant us an irrevocable right, to collect, process, store, aggregate, and analyze specific classifications of personally identifiable information (PII) and non-personally identifiable information (non-PII). The legally permissible data categories include, but are not strictly limited to: a) Primary Personal Identifiers: Cryptographic hashes, alphanumeric usernames, designated electronic mail addresses, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, Discord Snowflake IDs, OAuth payloads, and device-specific hardware identification permutations. b) Demographic and Profile Telemetry: Date of birth (utilized solely for age verification and minor-protection encumbrances), stated gender identity, personal pronouns, self-identified anthropomorphic species designations ("sonas"), biographic text, and granular interest arrays. c) Geolocation Data: Both hyper-accurate Global Positioning System (GPS) coordinates (latitude and longitude floats) transmitted securely via device API interfaces, and procedurally obfuscated ("fuzzed") spatial permutations. d) User-Generated Content (UGC): Any and all photographic, illustrative, auditory, textual, or multimedia assets explicitly or implicitly uploaded, transmitted, or hosted on the Platform infrastructure. e) Behavioral and Interaction Analytics: Deep-state interaction topologies including bidirectional friendship/connection requests, event attendance metadata, messaging metadata (excluding end-to-end encrypted payloads, if applicable), click-through rates, session duration analytics, and component-level interaction thresholds. 1.3 Prohibition of Data Sale and Third-Party Redistribution. FurMap explicitly guarantees that no user data, personally identifiable information (PII), or anonymized telemetry collected through the Platform is ever sold, leased, rented, or otherwise commercially redistributed to any third-party data brokers, marketing agencies, or external corporations. All data is exclusively kept and processed locally within our proprietary infrastructure for the sole purpose of operating, securing, and improving the Platform. 1.4 Legal Basis for Processing. The processing of aforementioned data schemas is executed under the legal premise of contractual necessity (for the fulfillment of our operational obligations to you), legitimate business interests (for algorithmic refinement and fraud prevention), and your explicit consent provided at the moment of account instantiation. SECTION 2: GEOSPATIAL TELEMETRY, OBFUSCATION PROTOCOLS, AND PRIVACY SHIELDING 2.1 Mechanisms of Location Fuzzing. We recognize the profound sensitivity surrounding real-time geospatial data. Consequently, FurMap employs a sophisticated, mathematically rigorous location obfuscation protocol (hereinafter, the "Fuzzing Engine"). You acknowledge and consent that while the FurMap application retrieves your absolute GPS coordinates, these coordinates are strictly isolated within the encrypted backend infrastructure. 2.2 Algorithmic Offset Application. When interacting with public-facing APIs, map rendering engines, and localized user feeds, the Fuzzing Engine dynamically applies a randomized vector shift to your true location. This shift generates a synthetic coordinate bounded within a perfectly geometric Euclidean circle, the radius of which is defined by your user-selected obfuscation parameter (e.g., spanning from 500 meters to 5,000 meters). This resultant "fuzzed" location is the sole spatial data point broadcast to third-party clients and peers. 2.3 Server-Side Proximity Processing. Your true, unadulterated coordinates are strictly utilized in a server-side capacity for calculating geospatial vectors between users (e.g., "Distance from User X to User Y is 1.4 miles") without ever exposing the absolute coordinates of either node. 2.4 Minor-Specific Mandates. In strict accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and internal safety directives, any user classified programmatically as a minor (under 18 years of age) is irrevocably locked into a minimum fuzzing radius of no less than 2,000 meters. This non-negotiable safeguard is engineered to comprehensively neutralize the viability of reverse-triangulation techniques aimed at discovering sensitive residential or educational locales. SECTION 3: LICENSING, PROCESSING, AND UTILIZATION OF USER-GENERATED MEDIA 3.1 Comprehensive Media License. By uploading, syncing, streaming, publishing, or otherwise introducing any form of visual, auditory, or textual media (collectively, "Media") onto the Platform, you hereby grant FurMap a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferrable license to host, cache, duplicate, parse, compress, transcode, modify, format, publicly display, and distribute such Media. You retain all inherent copyright to your original Media, subject only to the operational licenses granted herein. 3.2 Automated Media Processing and Auditing. You explicitly consent to the algorithmic ingestion of your Media for operational, moderation, and analytical purposes. We reserve the unmitigated right to subject all Media to programmatic analysis, including but not limited to: a) Facial and pattern recognition routines designed exclusively to flag illicit, copyright-infringing, or non-consensual imagery. b) Automated cropping, downsampling, and lossy/lossless compression cycles to optimize bandwidth consumption and CDN efficacy. c) Algorithmic scanning utilizing both deterministic hashes and probabilistic machine learning models to identify and quarantine Not Safe For Work (NSFW) material that violates community guidelines or jurisdictional statutes. 3.3 Moderation Prerogative. We bear no fiduciary duty to host any Media and may, at our sole and absolute discretion, permanently expunge any Media that we deem a legal liability, a violation of these Terms, or fundamentally misaligned with the Platform's operational ethos. SECTION 4: LOCAL ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, DATA SOVEREIGNTY, AND ALGORITHMIC PROCESSING 4.1 Deployment of Localized AI Infrastructure. FurMap operates on a strict paradigm of Data Sovereignty. To accomplish sophisticated computational tasks without compromising user privacy to third-party commercial large language models (LLMs) or external AI API endpoints, we leverage highly optimized, proprietary, locally hosted artificial intelligence architectures (the "Local AI"). 4.2 Algorithmic Ingestion and Training Topologies. You acknowledge and consent that the Local AI ingests vast quantities of anonymized and pseudo-anonymized telemetry generated by your interaction with the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, spatial clustering tendencies, tag-based preference vectors, bidirectional swipe/interaction ratios, and temporal usage distributions. This data is rigorously processed to construct, calibrate, and perpetually refine our internal matching, recommendation, and moderation heuristics. 4.3 Execution of Autonomous Algorithms. The localized, autonomous algorithms constructed via the Local AI are specifically deployed to execute the following Platform functionalities: a) The dynamic population, curation, and sequential ordering of the "FurFeed" and localized event hubs, optimized for maximum user relevance based on historical engagement coefficients. b) The automated, algorithmic flagging of anomalous behavioral patterns indicative of botnets, spam rings, or malicious actors, executed entirely on-premises to guarantee total isolation from external data brokers. c) The computation of "compatibility matrices" that algorithmically suggest peer-to-peer connections based on overlapping interest vectors, shared digital communities, and mutual proximity, completely abstracted from true human identity. 4.4 Prohibition of Third-Party Data Exfiltration. Because these algorithms are executed within our bare-metal and containerized infrastructure, the intellectual property, weighting parameters, and raw data feeding the Local AI remain irrevocably bound to the FurMap ecosystem, thereby nullifying the risk of your data being utilized to train commercial AI models owned by external conglomerates. SECTION 5: DATA RETENTION, ACCOUNT TERMINATION, AND YOUR JURISDICTIONAL RIGHTS 5.1 Right to Erasure. You retain the absolute right to trigger the permanent deletion of your account infrastructure. Upon the execution of a verified deletion request, FurMap shall initiate a cascading purge sequence designed to obliterate your exact GPS telemetry, associated Media repositories, and PII from our active databases within a commercially reasonable timeframe (typically not exceeding thirty (30) business days). 5.2 Immutable Algorithmic Artifacts. Notwithstanding the preceding clause, you explicitly acknowledge that data previously ingested into our Local AI architectures, having been stripped of all personally identifying metadata and transmuted into generalized statistical weights, matrices, or anonymized training epochs, cannot be surgically excised. Such abstract data artifacts will persist in perpetuity as foundational elements of our algorithmic infrastructure, entirely divorced from your digital identity. 5.3 Indemnification and Limitation of Liability. To the absolute maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FurMap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. SECTION 6: AGE VERIFICATION, MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT, AND CONSENT 6.1 Minimum Age Requirement. You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to access, register for, or use the FurMap Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old. Access by anyone under 16 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. 6.2 Explicit Declaration of Age. By setting your date of birth during the onboarding process, you explicitly warrant and declare under penalty of perjury that the age you have provided is your true and accurate chronological age. 6.3 Prohibition of Age Falsification. You expressly agree that you will not falsely represent your age. Specifically, you agree that you are not a minor falsely claiming to be 18 years of age or older (an adult), nor are you an adult falsely claiming to be a minor (under 18 years of age). 6.4 Limitation of Liability for Age Misrepresentation. FurMap takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any user's failure to comply with age restrictions, nor for any consequences arising from a user actively circumventing or falsifying their age verification data. By agreeing to these terms, you fully indemnify the Platform from any legal, civil, or criminal liabilities resulting from your age misrepresentation. If you indicate you are 18 or older, you acknowledge you are legally an adult in your jurisdiction and accept full responsibility for your interactions on the Platform. BY INTERACTING WITH THE USER INTERFACE, CREATING AN ACCOUNT, OR DEPRESSING THE "I AGREE" BUTTON DURING THE ONBOARDING PROCESS, YOU HEREBY CERTIFY UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY THAT YOU HAVE READ, COMPREHENDED, AND WILLINGLY ASSENT TO ALL CLAUSES, STIPULATIONS, AND WAIVERS DOCUMENTED IN THIS MASTER AGREEMENT.
